Delivery Info

By placing an order, you are confirming you have read and accepted the following policy.

DELIVERY AREA

We deliver to the Meander Valley area within a radius of 25kms.

RATES

We have three rate zones and deliver within the Meander Valley area only: 

1. If delivering within 5kms, delivery is $5
2. If delivering within 5-15kms, delivery is $15
3. If delivering within 15-25kms, delivery is $25

 Please contact us if you would like to discuss delivery outside of these zones.

DATES AND TIMES

We deliver weekdays and Saturdays. No Sunday delivery.

Orders must be received before 12pm to ensure same day delivery.  Orders received after this time will be delivered on the following day

ACCESS TO SAFE PLACE TO DELIVER

Please ensure properties are accessible i.e., Locked gates, dogs, 4wd only etc.

If courier deems property inaccessible, order will need to be picked up at the shop.  We will offer redelivery IF buyer or recipient can organise access at buyer’s expense for extra delivery fee.

If recipient is not at home, courier will find the safest place to leave flowers and take photo for reference. We will not take responsibility for flowers not being seen by recipient. If there is nowhere safe to leave order (e.g., raining and no cover), courier will take order back to shop and contact buyer.

Please be clear about delivery instructions in notes to seller – i.e., leave at back door if no one home.

DELIVERIES TO HOSPITALS AND NURSING HOMES

Flowers delivered to hospitals and nursing homes cannot be delivered to recipient but left with reception or nurses station.
